- Immediate Supervisor: Educational Services Manager and Office Manager
Capstone Vietnam, a professional and friendly working organization, is seeking candidates for the position of interns. Successful candidates are expected to start immediately (minimum of 6-month contract).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a receptionist
- Support the Educational Services Department with relevant tasks (mainly related to information collection, database maintenance, website and social media site related tasks, translation etc.)
- Support other staff with relevant tasks and projects, when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- English proficiency
- Design & Photography skills are preferred (basic knowledge of Abode Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.)
- Social networks’ familiarity (including Facebook, forum etc.)
- Telesale basic
- Well-organized and patient
- Minimum of 6 months in duty
- Minimum of 20 working hours a week (morning and/or afternoon shift are allowed)
